The problem with homeowners and (in far too many cases) their agents, is that the facts don&#039;t seem to matter anymore. The market has spoken loudly about home prices. Shame on any agent willing to take an overpriced listing in today&#039;s market. In fact, it&#039;s simply unethical to do so.</description>
